Your data will be used to respond to yourrequests for information about our real estate properties, via the contact formor the email address that appears on our page and to maintain communicationwith the interested party (the contact form is sent to the email addresses thatappear on the page).

The communication and processing of yourdata are necessary for the execution of the contract of which the data subject ispart. Article 6.1. b (GDPR)

3. Data processing for PURCHASING CLIENTS

For what purpose will we process yourpersonal data?

The data you provide us is used to performthe contractual obligations of the sales contract and the purchase requestservices of your property and/or the sales mandate requested, as well as tocarry out the communication necessary to execute the contract and the subsequentsteps to formalize the contract. They will also be handled for accounting,fiscal and administrative management purposes derived from this relationship.

In order to comply with the due diligenceobligations in the identification of natural or legal persons according to the MoneyLaundering Act.
