What does each one of them stand outfor? Audrey’s has the best fresh produce from the fish market and from thelocal orchards. It is run by Rafa Soler, who was awarded the first Michelinstar in Calpe. He also pays great attention to detail in his dishes, which arerenowned for their flavours and for their outstanding presentation.

Beat offers Valencian avant-garde fusioncuisine. It is run by José Manuel Miguel, who trained with famous chefs such asBerasategui and Arzak.
